This Week's Focus:

Remember our mantra: I am safe, I am loved, I am home, I am in my body.

Optional Homework:

  • Practice tuning in

  • Review the exercises in Allegiance and framework for self-study.

  • Work on your safety jar

  • Get in the habit of practicing your emotional ritual

As always, you are enough exactly as you are. Continue to use your emotional antenna to check in with yourself throughout the week.
