Join us for Week 5 as we uncover the different ways our bodies, minds, and spirits genuinely need to refuel. We'll explore:

 

😴 Physical Rest: From naps to joyful movement and even doing things s-l-o-w-l-y.

💖 Emotional Rest: Reconnecting with your core self and setting boundaries around your energy.

🧠 Mental Rest: Creating buffers in your day and learning when to say "no" to prevent overload.

🎨 Creative Rest: Rekindling your sense of awe, joy, and hobbies outside of screens.

🌿 Sensory Rest: Finding calm amidst the noise, and truly listening to your body's cues.

🌱 Spiritual Rest: Connecting to belonging, purpose, or your own sacred rituals.

👥 Social Rest: Being intentional about who and what truly revives your nervous system.
