In this session, we will:
Build Co-regulatory Awareness and Skills: We will explore the importance of connection and safe relationships in regulating our nervous system and learn practical skills for co-regulation.
Develop Vagal Awareness: Participants will be guided in practices to increase their awareness of the vagal nerve, which plays a significant role in our body's relaxation response and overall well-being.
