Service Description

Trauma lives in the body as much as it does in the mind. Trauma-sensitive yoga offers a gentle, empowering way to reconnect with your body and rebuild a sense of safety from within. Unlike traditional yoga classes, trauma-sensitive yoga is specifically designed for individuals healing from trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD. There are no adjustments, no pressure to achieve certain poses, and no expectations. Instead, you're invited to explore movement at your own pace, making choices that feel right for your body in each moment. Through simple, accessible movements and breathwork, you'll learn to: Recognize and respond to your body's signals Build tolerance for physical sensations and emotions Develop a greater sense of presence and grounding Reclaim agency over your own body and experience Sessions are conducted in a safe, non-judgmental space where you remain fully in control. This practice complements therapy beautifully, helping to release trauma stored in the body while building resilience and self-trust. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies, abilities, and fitness levels are welcome.
